FAQ'S

We have a large range of lenders to work with lending up to 95% LTV.

Whilst its preferable to have 2 years we have lenders that will accept 1 year of accounts or director incom.

Bridging loan rates are typically quoted on a monthly basis and are therefore different to mortgages. They are usually for a short period of time up to 12 months.

It depends on the complexity of your situation but no longer than a normal mortgage.

75% Loan to value is typical however there are lenders that will also include refurbishment costs and lend against GDV.
